Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
For the Financial Year Ending 31 March 2026
Published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015
This statement is made by Xexos pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It
outlines the steps taken by Xexos during the financial year ending 31 March 2026 to
prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.
About Xexos
Xexos is a UK-based SME technology hardware supplier, providing IT hardware solutions
and support services to a range of clients across the public and private sectors. While we
operate primarily in the UK, we work with a global network of manufacturers and
distributors.
Our Commitment
Xexos is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. Although we are an
SME with limited reach into the deeper tiers of the global supply chain, we are mindful of
the risks and take proportionate steps to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking do
not occur within our business or among our suppliers.
Actions Taken During FY 2024–2025
During this reporting period, Xexos has:
• Continued to apply our Whistleblowing Policy to provide a safe way for concerns to be
raised
• Informed new suppliers of our ethical expectations, including compliance with the
Modern Slavery Act
• Reviewed supplier relationships where appropriate, especially where international
sourcing is involved
• Maintained awareness among relevant staff about modern slavery risks through
internal communications and discussions
Supply Chain Risks
While we consider our direct business operations to be low risk, we recognise that modern
slavery can occur in the wider global supply chain—particularly in electronics
manufacturing. We expect our suppliers to uphold ethical standards, comply with relevant
laws, and apply similar standards to their own supply chains.
Future Steps
In the coming year, Xexos will continue to:
• Monitor supplier relationships and onboarding processes
• Keep internal policies under review
• Update this statement annually to reflect our ongoing commitment and evolving
practices
