Xexos World Cup Promo 2026 – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Opt‑In Requirements

1.1 Participation is open exclusively to existing Xexos business customers (“the Customer”).
1.2 Customers must formally opt in via their Account Manager before any orders will count toward this promotion.
1.3 By opting in, the participant confirms that they:

• Are opting in on behalf of their company/organisation;
• Have obtained all internal approvals and authority to participate;
• Have permission from their organisation to receive any shirts or prizes awarded;
• Will comply with all internal tax, gift, and reward policies;
• Agree to and accept all Terms & Conditions outlined in this document.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The promotion begins on 1st March 2026.
2.2 Customers may opt in at any point between 1st March 2026 and 31st May 2026.
2.3 Only orders placed from the date of confirmed opt‑in until close of play on 31st May 2026 qualify for rewards.
2.4 Example: If the Customer opts in on 10th March 2026, only orders placed on or after 10th March will count.

3. Shirt Reward Mechanics

3.1 For every £10,000 (ex VAT) spent with Xexos during the qualifying period, the Customer earns one (1) official international football shirt.
3.2 Spend is calculated ex VAT, based on qualifying invoiced value.
3.3 Shirts will be official England shirts, or alternative official international shirts, subject to sourcing and availability.
3.4 Additional shirts will be awarded for each additional £10,000 spent.
3.5 Example: If a Customer spends £100,000 (ex VAT) between their opt‑in date and 31st May 2026, they will receive ten (10) shirts.
3.6 Customers must confirm required shirt sizes promptly to avoid dispatch delays.
3.7 Shirts will be shipped during the first week of June 2026.

4. Raffle Ticket Mechanics & Prize Draw

4.1 For every purchase order (PO) submitted by an opted‑in Customer during the promotional period, one raffle ticket will be issued — regardless of order value.
4.2 The raffle draw will take place during the first week of June 2026 (exact date to be confirmed).
4.3 Three (3) winners will each choose one prize from the following:

• A 65″ TV
• A Lazy Spa hot tub
• A Games console + FC 26
• A £500 voucher
  4.4 Should any prize be unavailable, Xexos may offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
  4.5 All prizes are awarded to the Customer’s organisation, not to individual contacts.

5. Additional Terms & Clarifications

5.1 Definition of “Qualifying Spend”

Qualifying spend refers only to:

• Invoiced order value excluding VAT, delivery charges, credits, returns, cancellations, and third‑party pass‑through costs.
• Only goods and services supplied directly by Xexos qualify.

5.2 Payment Terms Requirement

Accounts must remain within agreed payment terms throughout the promotion.
Xexos may withhold rewards if the account is overdue or on stop.

5.3 Stock & Availability

All shirts and prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.

5.4 Opt‑In Limitations

Only one opt‑in per organisation is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing by Xexos.

5.5 Delivery & External Delays

Xexos accepts no responsibility for delays caused by couriers, supply chain issues, stock shortages, or circumstances beyond its control.

5.6 No Cash Alternatives

No cash, credit or alternative compensation is available for any reward or prize.

5.7 Fraud, Misuse & Manipulation

Xexos reserves the right to withhold rewards or disqualify a Customer where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Order manipulation or artificial spending
• Deliberate order splitting
• Order cancellation/returns
• Misuse of the promotion or fraudulent activity

5.8 Data & Privacy

Customer contact information will be used solely for administering this promotion and for fulfilment purposes. It will not be shared with third parties except where required to send prizes.

5.9 Acceptance of Terms

By opting in, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, confirms internal policy compliance, and accepts that the company is the beneficiary of all prizes awarded.

6. Right to Amend or Withdraw

Xexos reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
Any rewards accrued prior to amendment or withdrawal will still be honoured.
