Opt‑In Required

Customers must opt in via their Xexos Account Manager before orders will count.
By opting in, customers confirm they have company approval, accept all T&Cs, and will comply with any internal tax/gift policies.
Opt‑in is on behalf of the customer’s organisation.

Promotion Dates

Shirt Rewards

Every £10,000 ex VAT spent during the promotional period earns 1 official international football shirt (England or alternative, subject to availability).
Additional shirts awarded for each additional £10,000 spent.
Shirt sizes must be confirmed promptly to avoid dispatch delays.

Raffle Tickets & Prizes

Every purchase order placed by an opted‑in customer earns 1 raffle ticket.
Draw held during first week of June 2026.
Three winners each choose one prize:
- 65″ TV
- Lazy Spa Hot Tub
- Games Console + FC 26
- £500 voucher
If a prize is unavailable, a like‑for‑like alternative may be offered.

Qualifying Spend

Spend calculated ex VAT on invoiced value only.
Excludes returns, credits, shipping, cancellations, and third‑party pass‑through costs.
Only goods/services supplied directly by Xexos qualify.

Account Status

General Conditions

One opt‑in per organisation unless agreed otherwise.
Prizes awarded to the customer company, not individual employees.
Xexos is not responsible for external delays (courier, supply chain, availability).
No cash alternatives.
Xexos may withdraw or amend the promotion at any time, but earned rewards will be honoured.
Fraudulent activity, order manipulation, or misuse may result in disqualification.
Customer information used only for administering the promotion or delivering prizes.
